A top level source at the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) confirmed the matter to Dhaka Tribune on Thursday. According to the source, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina donated this aid from the Prime Minister’s relief fund. The money will be distributed to 6959 Qawmi madrasas through electronic fund transfer system. The fund transfer process has already been started via concerned DC offices, the source said.
