Despite a good deal of sunshine, temperatures were chilly today as highs reached the low and mid-40s. Through tonight: An upper-level disturbance continues to pass through the region. That said, don’t be surprised to see some snow falling briefly, but it shouldn’t amount to much of anything. Winds may actually pick up a notch, with sustained levels in the 15-to-20-mph zone at peak and gusts past 30 mph. The cherry blossoms have not progressed much lately thanks to cool air.
