While we should make it through the evening dry, odds are good that it’ll be a messy Thursday morning commute. [Threat of severe storms early Thursday morning into the afternoon]Through Tonight: The weather stays calm through the evening as clouds thicken and lower. A few showers could work in as soon as late evening and toward midnight, but anything that passes by between then and around 6 a.m. should be spotty. As we get toward sunrise, we’ll need to watch for a broken line of heavy showers and storms approaching. The most likely time is about 5 to 6 a.m. out west to about 9 to 10 a.m. east.
