Through Tonight: Gusty winds from this afternoon will taper off by the early evening, leaving us with a clear, calm and cold overnight period. Given the lack of wind and clear skies, overnight temperatures will probably bottom out a few degrees colder than this morning. Low temperatures ranging from 20-25 degrees for Baltimore and the District, 15 to 20 degrees for outlying areas. The March sun should provide a little boost, pushing temperatures into the low 40s with a light wind from the north/northeast. Low temperatures in the mid-20s for the metro spots and upper teens to low 20s for the suburbs.
