A cold rain will persist for just about all of tomorrow, as a developing coastal storm system makes a close pass. But, of course, there is nothing like a cold and wet March day to make you want to just stay inside and avoid others at all costs. Light rain will break out across the region sometime after midnight. Tomorrow (Monday): Cold, raw and wet conditions for the duration on Monday. Light rain in the morning will briefly taper off before picking up in intensity again by the afternoon.
