Strong high pressure is parked to our northwest, keeping the D.C. area under a cool north wind. Temperatures will be a good 8 to 12 degrees below normal once again Sunday, but I suspect most will be okay with that. With clear skies expected overnight, temperatures may be a few degrees cooler than last night. Lows in the upper 40s outside the Beltway and in the low 50s in the city. Tomorrow (Sunday): A cool start to the day, with some locations falling into the upper 40s overnight.
