Some re-strengthening is in the forecast for the storm over the next 24 hours as it essentially stalls off the coast of New Jersey. Tropical storm warnings remain in place for coastal communities north of Fenwick Island, Del. Through tonight: Some high clouds will mix in with clear skies at sunset tonight. Winds from the northeast will continue at about 10 to 15 mph (15 to 20 mph closer to the water) and then gradually relax tonight.
