Authors Nicky Hager and Jon Stephenson launched their book, Hit and Run, in Wellington on Tuesday night after years of working together on it. Acting Defence Minister Chris Finlayson wouldn't be drawn on whether there should be an inquiry into SAS troops alleged deadly raids in Afghanistan in 2010. Defence Minister Gerry Brownlee has been visiting Kiwi troops at Camp Taji in Iraq - he returned to Dubai on Wednesday but won't be back in New Zealand until Saturday.
