At G-20, Modi urged for steps to offset global slowdown. Prime Minister Narendra Modi returned to the national capital on Monday night after attending the G-20 Summit, where he was present for the remaining sessions of the summit and bilateral meetings with top leaders of the world. Prime Minister Modi prior to his departure tweeted that the discussions at G20 Summit were extensive and wide-ranging. Intervening in the last session of G-20 summit in Hangzhou earlier, Prime Minister Modi urged the international community to act in unity and respond against terrorism. Prime Minister Modi earlier held his first bilateral meeting with British counterpart Theresa May on the sidelines of the G20 Summit.
