ISLAMABAD: While having an informal conversation with the journalists outside the accountability court on Friday, former president Asif Ali Zardari advised Prime Minister Imran Khan to resign and go home for betraying the nation with false promises. “Imran Khan had said he would commit suicide instead of going to the IMF, my advice to him is to resign and go home,” said the former president. Zardari told media that the approval of Federal Budget 2019-20 would be dependent on Akhtar Mengal. The accountability court resumed hearing of the fake accounts case against the former president and his sister Faryal Talpur.
