Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina visited the home of late Mayor Annisul Huq to pay her last respects. She went to his Banani home at 1:40pm after the body arrived there. When the prime minister reached there, a heart-rending scene was created, adding the family members of the deceased including his wife, son and daughters broke into tears at the time. Sheikh Hasina joined a munajat seeking eternal peace of the departed soul. She then talked to Annisul Huq’s family members exclusively and consoled them.
