Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibah has dismissed speculation about his health, saying he is in good condition and that recent medical procedures were successful. In a post on Facebook, Dbeibah said he had undergone additional medical check-ups while abroad due to a prior official visit, describing them as precautionary. “I reassure you that I am well, thanks to God,” he wrote, adding that the treatment he received in Libya had been “successful and reassuring”. He also praised the Heart Hospital in Misrata, saying its performance reflected the effectiveness of efforts to localise medical treatment within the country, relying on national expertise and domestic healthcare capabilities. Dbeibah reiterated that the results of the additional examinations confirmed the success of the treatment he had already received in Libya.
