more-inA Public Interest Litigation has been filed in Hyderabad High Court, challenging the reported decision of the Centre to use Bison Polo grounds for construction of secretariat, acceding to the decision of the Telangana Government. The PIL was filed by former Director-General of Police M.V. They raised various issues and the case is likely to be listed for Tuesday. The bench was dealing with cases filed by these employees who were relieved by TS but are not welcome in AP. After several rounds of litigation orders have been passed that they shall be paid salary.
