Share:Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has taken a decision to impose a fine on unvaccinated officers and staff members. "In case anyone fails to get vaccinated by 13.08.2021, a fine shall be imposed everyday till the individual gets vaccinated,” states the notice issued by the airlines. The airline further elaborated that every unvaccinated staff member will be fined Rs300 per day while the officer will have to pay Rs500 per day. The airline has given a directive to all divisional heads to ensure compliance of these instructions for their respective employees and submit compliance data. The notice further mentions that strict disciplinary action shall be taken against an employee if found being fined for more than 10 days,
