However, violence broke out as supporters of Governor Cyprian Awiti and Kasipul-Kabondo MP Oyugi Magwanga fought. Things took an uglier twist when Homabay Town MP Opondo Kaluma and Washington Ogaga, who is seeking to unseat Mr. Kaluma, wrestled on the dias.
