Below “Ice Cold Hydraulics” is “Los Angeles, California.”“Ice Cold” is in small black lettering above “Hydraulics,” which is in large red lettering. “Ice Cold Hydraulics” will presumably be the official name of the stand and it will sell beverages. A construction permit referred to the kiosk as the Grand Avenue Coke Kiosk.
