Only city’s reside­nts will get member­shipRAWALPINDI: To offer residents of the city healthy activities, the Parks and Horticulture ( PHA) have prepared a plan to build a modern fitness centre in the garrison city. The fitness facility is expected to be built on 60-Kanals of land adjoining the Allama Iqbal Park on Double Road. PHA officials say the gym will be equipped with a modern fitness gymnasium, a swimming pool, and a spa. Membership for the facility will only be reserved for residents of the city, officials added. Talking about the pool, the PHA chief said that they plan to build one as per international standards.
