MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said on Friday the Philippines has assumed the presidency of the Industrial Development Board, one of the governing bodies of the United Nations International Development Office based in Vienna, Austria. The DFA said the presidency of the board was officially turned over in simple rites on July 14 to Philippine Ambassador to Austria, Maria Cleofe Natividad, concurrent permanent representative of the Philippines to the United Nations in Vienna.
