THE Philippines and South Korea will be signing at least for bilateral agreements during President Rodrigo Duterte’s visit to Seoul on Sunday, Foreign Affairs (DFA) Undersecretary Ernesto Abella said on Friday. Another MOU on Trade and Economic Cooperation will also be signed between the Department of Trade and Industry, DTI, and the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. Abella said that South Korea donated US$100,000 (P5.2-million) to the Philippine Red Cross. The Chief Executive will also meet with the Filipino community in South Korea, composed of workers, students, professionals, missionaries, and spouses of Korean nationals. This will be Duterte’s first visit to South Korea.
