The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) dismantled a kitchen-type crystal meth, or “shabu,” laboratory in a posh residential area in Pasay City, Tuesday evening. PDEA conducted a series of operations leading to the dismantling of the shabu laboratory. Agents seized from them 2 kilos worth of shabu worth P13.6 million and 16 liters of chemicals used in making shabu. Aquino said the two Hong Kong nationals are believed to be facilitators of the chemists of the shabu laboratory in Pasay. Authorities seized from them 1 kilo of shabu worth P6.8 million.
