Jumaat Ud Dawa (JUD) Chief Hafiz Saeed did not attend the rally. According to the JUD local leaders, Saeed wasn’t allowed by the federal government to address the rally. The JUD chief is on the UN wanted person list for his alleged involvement in terror acts. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Pervez Khattak while addressing the rally appreciated the efforts of the PDC leaders for raising voices against the US, India and others who are hatching conspiracies against Pakistan, and assured them of his government’s wholehearted support. Awami Muslim League Founder Sheikh Rashid, Maulana Sami Ul Haq, Abdul Rahman Makki, Saif Ullah Khalid, Yaqoob Sheikh and others also addressed the rally.
