THE Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced on Wednesday that people seeking medical assistance from the agency will no longer have to endure long lines. PCSO Chairman Jose George Corpuz said the agency will launch its online appointment system called Individual Medical Assistance Program (IMAP) in response to the call of President Rodrigo Duterte to make government services more accessible to the public. “The PCSO online appointment system gives the public an option to avail of the individual medical assistance program without the need of going to the PCSO office. “PCSO is taking advantage of the latest technology to deliver faster and more efficient services to the Filipinos seeking medical assistance from us,” PCSO General Manager Alexander Balutan said. Corpuz said he is excited to launch the online appointment system that will give great convenience to PCSO customers.
