(Photo supplied)SURAT THANI - Fuel trader PC Siam Petroleum has denied the government’s accusation that it hoarded fuel. The company's general-manager, Lt Col Chamnong Wibulsin, told reporters on Monday that PC Siam did not hoard 2 million litres of diesel, as earlier alleged and widely reported. PC Siam would fully cooperate with any investigation. Lt Col Chamnong said his company had records of all sales in February and March and could produce them.
