MANILA, Philippines — The Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC) said on Saturday that it plans to file criminal cases against Bamban Mayor Alice Guo for alleged association in Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (POGO) activities. In addition, the PAOCC earlier said on June 3 that it is also preparing a tax evasion case against Guo.
