Police said suspects JL Cang, 35; and Francis Misa, 38; were newly identified high value targets. Authorities seized about 50 grams of suspected shabu estimated to be worth about P340,000, according to a report from Eastern Police District. Charges for the violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act will be filed against the suspect, police said.
