Arrested during the separate drug busts were Liu Fu Gui, his cohorts Keith Romo, a call center programmer, and Nonito Garlindo, a gasoline boy, and 45-year-old Hongbo He, from Mariveles, Bataan. An undercover PDEA agent transacted with the group around 4:30 p.m. and seized from them 10 kilograms of shabu with an estimated street value of P68,000. Hongbo yielded 15 kilos of shabu worth P102 million and a gray Toyota Grandia.
