SAN PEDRO CITY-A woman was arrested in Batangas City after she was caught in possession of shabu (crystal meth) worth about P1 million. According to a report from the Batangas police on Thursday, suspect Norhaya Mamantal was arrested in a buy bust operation at around 10 p.m. on Wednesday in Barangay (village) Alangilan. Mamantal told police that she was from Pasig City although the shabu came from Bacoor City, Cavite. Chitadel Gaoiran said they were tipped off about an ongoing “drug session” in the house of the suspect, identified as Sr. Lee, his partner Milet Tulipas, and the other suspects identified as Marvin Palomino, and Domingo Padilla were arrested in the operation.
