Photo: BSSDHAKA, Feb 12, 2026 (BSS) - National Citizens’ Party (NCP) Central Election Management Committee Chairman Asif Mahmud Shojib Bhuiyan said that although irregularities were reported in some areas, the overall voting across the country was conducted in a fairly and peaceful manner. Asif Mahmud said the party had received reports of irregularities in certain areas. However, he noted that the overall electoral picture across the country suggested that voting was conducted in a largely orderly and acceptable manner. Asif Mahmud further said party leaders and activists had already been instructed to stay alert.
