Fifteen years later, the number of billionaires has reached 315,' Sina Finance commented on the wealth list today. Ninety-six of the listed tycoons work in the TMT industry, which replaced the real estate as the sector with the largest group of the richest Chinese. The annual ranking has been compiled and published by New Fortune magazine since 2003, listing the top 500 richest Chinese of the year.
