GettyLeaders from more than 180 companies have taken a stand against restrictive reproductive health laws that can severely impact the lives of workers and their families, and they're urging fellow CEOs to follow suit. On Monday, a coalition of reproductive and human rights organizations launched the Don't Ban Equality campaign with a website and full-page New York Times ad showing support from nearly 200 business leaders, whose companies employ more than 100,000 workers. “A woman’s ability to access reproductive health care is critical to her autonomy, economic success, health, human rights, and empowerment in the workplace.
