SERDANG: Over 1,000 simulator machines believed to be intended for use in online gambling were seized from a warehouse here in a police raid. He added that the seized machines were estimated to be worth around RM2.7mil and said that it is believed that the machines were imported. He added that the raid was made after police personnel surveyed the area along Taman Bukit Serdang for two days before moving in. ACP Ismadi said that the importation of such machines was an offence under the Customs Act 1967. “The seized items will be handed over to the Customs Department for further action,” he said.
