Consumers should stop using the helmets and contact Ouwoer Direct for a full refund. They can call Ouwoer Direct collect at 213-583-9060 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. PT Monday through Friday, by email at Ouwoer@hotmail.com or online at the Ouwoer Direct page on Amazon. Ouwoer Direct is contacting all purchasers. The helmets were sold on Amazon from March 2022 through November 2022 for about $30.
