Photo: Gregor RichardsonA young man who was taken to Dunedin Hospital in a critical condition following a fatal car crash has been transferred to another hospital. A Southern District Health Board spokeswoman would not say which hospital he had been sent to, and could not provide an update on his condition because he was no longer at Dunedin Hospital. He was seriously injured in a two­-vehicle crash near Outram on September 17, which killed Taieri College pupil Jayde Cummings and Waihola man Steve Macnee.
