NEWSParliament is probing how a farm that is under 'claim' was sold without consent. The state has been accused of selling a farm that forms part of a pending land claim for more than R2.7 million to a municipality in Limpopo. In turn, the Fetakgomo Tubatse Local Municipality approved the sale of a portion of the farm Hoeraroep 515 KS, which was claimed by the Baroka Ba Nkwana traditional community in 1996, to property developer Edwin Ratsoma.
