The Palmerston North City Council has started publicly releasing versions of its draft plan for the next decade, and yep, we have gone directly to the page about the rates increases. They are the city development strategy, the economic development strategy, creative and liveable strategy, connected city strategy and eco city strategy. The only worry is whether they've raced too far ahead, and whether the community will catch up and speak up in time.
