He however said he cannot tell if the trio will embark on intemperate speech or not in line of their discourse. The President as well as members of the Council of State were heavily criticised by the public for that decision. Some lawyers have filed a suit against the president challenging the remission of the trio in court. But speaking on Abusua FM’s Abusua Nkommo hosted by Kwame Adinkrah, Lawyer Loh explained that he cannot guarantee if his clients will continue inflaming passions.
