Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission Chair Wafula Cebukati has warned politicians against profiling the agency staff because of their tribal origins. While explaining the ballot tender saga in which he was accused of colluding with Bungoma Senator Moses Wetangula to hand over the deal to a Greek Firm, Chebukati revealed profiling of their staff has made their ICT officers frightened. "There is a deliberate move to profile staff of IEBC, commissioners and staff. "It is actually sad that this pointing time we have people who are hellbent on trying to profile IEBC staff. He said the death of former IEBC ICT director Chris Musando has made a section of them fear that their fate may end up in such a manner.
