Abia State Governor, Dr Alex Otti has disclosed that his full cabinet would be constituted by the end of this month . Otti disclosed this Saturday while speaking at the special thanksgiving service of the member representing Ikwuano/Umuahia Federal Constituency, Hon. According to him, “the politics of Abia State have just changed. He further advised Aguocha, “The problem of Ikwuano/Umuahia Constituency is going to be on your head and all will be inviting you for every occasion. Obi Aguocha thanked God for the opportunity to be elected to represent his people and the success of the inauguration while pledging not to let his people down.
