Ottawa police are searching for a boater who went missing Saturday afternoon. Stephen Cozzette, 57, was last seen around 1 p.m. in the area of Constance Bay on the Ottawa River. Officers say Cozzette is of Italian descent and is bald with short grey hair on the sides of his head. Authorities are currently searching the river for Cozzette near Vances Side Road. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Ottawa police at 613-236-1222 ext.
