The successful exercise, which took place in Accra, saw 25 male children removed from the street and taken to the Madina Social Welfare Shelter. Cynthia Morrison is currently the Member of Parliament (MP) for Agona West constituency. On 9th August 2018, she was appointed Minister designate for Gender, Children and Social Protection by President Nana Akufo-Addo. She was confirmed months ago and she has since hit the ground running.
