Siaya Senator James Orengo has dismissed reports that the handshake is on shaky ground. He said there has not been any crisis meeting at State House over the handshake. “For that reason, the public service cannot load it over elected leaders. The public service must always comply with the directions, under the constitution, of elected leaders,” he said. “They already are in the handshake, otherwise they would not be in State House today,” Orengo said.
