Caesar the “No Drama Llama” didn’t exactly live up to his name over the weekend. The llama — alongside his entourage which reportedly included handler Larry McCool, personal assistants and a social media director — was spotted Sunday riding Portland, Oregon's light rail service, known as the Metropolitan Area Express (MAX).
