San Francisco (CNN Business) Oracle is joining the growing exodus from Silicon Valley to Texas. The company will move its corporate headquarters to the state's capital, Austin, it said Friday. It also instituted a more flexible work policy for its employees, who can choose their office location or continue to work from home. Oracle ORCL "We believe these moves best positionfor growth and provide our personnel with more flexibility about where and how they work," spokesperson Deborah Hellinger told CNN Business. "We will continue to support major hubs for Oracle around the world, including those in the United States such as Redwood Shores, Austin, Santa Monica, Seattle, Denver, Orlando and Burlington, Mass.
