Governor Abiola Ajimobi of Oyo state has warned leaders and supporters of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state against any form of complacency, noting that the desperation of the opposition to take power was unimaginable. This desperation, according to Ajimobi, is seen in the opposition’s adoption of various kinds of subterfuge, deceits, provocative statements, empty rhetoric to mislead the people, which were unsuccessful. “The opposition had adopted all manners of subterfuge and empty rhetoric to mislead the people into supporting them without success. “I warn you against complacency because the desperation of the opposition to upset the applecart is unimaginable. I, once again, also urge you to vote for me on Saturday to represent Oyo South in the Senate,” Ajimobi said.
