"We have the right to oppose Modi but it is not right to oppose the country. I appeal to the opposition to reconsider its decision.” Congress is among 20 opposition parties that are giving the function a skip because the PM is inaugurating the new complex. These opposition parties feel that the PM, by leaving the President out of the function, has insulted the high office of the President.
