(CNN) The 2020 election is over, and Joe Biden won. President-elect Joe Biden ran a campaign to heal the nation. He wants to turn the political temperature down in America and seek bipartisan agreements on matters of public policy. In short, Biden wants to steady the ship of state and return White House operations to some semblance of normalcy. There have been reports that Biden has expressed reluctance in pursuing investigations of Trump, concerned it would further divide the country.
