The Chocolate Box owner Pam Seymour opened her new shop in Temuka on July 10. Growing up on the Chatham Islands Pam Seymour learnt to bake from an early age. Practising chocolate and fudge making as a teenager, she has now realised her dream of opening a chocolate shop. Valentina Bellomo/Stuff Pam Seymour learnt to bake growing up in the Chatham Islands. Seymour has always wanted a chocolate shop and is not concerned that two previous chocolate shops in Geraldine and North Town Mall no longer exist.
