There are 145,538 confirmed cases in Ontario of the Alpha variant first detected in the United Kingdom, an increase of 2 from the previous day. There are 1,493 cases in Ontario of the Beta variant first detected in South Africa, with no additional cases from the previous day. There are 5,161 cases of the Gamma variant first found in Brazil, with no additional cases from the previous day. There are 4,741 cases of the Delta variant first detected in India, an increase of 176 from the previous day.
