He said Lara was already earning her own income through appearances in numerous advertisements and TV shows. “We went to the Inland Revenue Board and were informed that she has to pay the income tax since she has her own income. “Many of our followers on social media questioned why she had to pay taxes since she’s just a child. Awal said that he did not see it as being unfair, considering that paying taxes was the duty of all Malaysians.
