More than half of Americans disapprove of President Biden’s handling of immigration while two-thirds like how he is combating the COVID-19 pandemic, according to a new poll. The survey conducted jointly by National Public Radio and Marist College shows that a slim majority of Americans - 52 per cent - approve of Biden’s job performance overall. Just five per cent of Republicans said they approve of Biden’s handling of the issue. The Ipsos survey also found that 60 per cent of Americans approved of Biden’s handling of the economy. Voters largely approve of Biden's handling of the government response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
